(formerly Zhengzhou No. 3 Wire Factory) is registered under the trademark “Zhengxing.” Commonly referred to as “Third Factory Wire,” “Third Factory Cable,” “Zheng San Factory,” or “Third Cable Factory,” the company currently serves 17 prefecture-level cities, 1 county-level city directly administered by the province, 21 county-level cities, 48 municipal districts, and 89 counties across the entire province. The prefecture-level cities include: Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang, Pingdingshan, Anyang, Hebi, Xinxiang, Jiaozuo, Puyang, Xuchang, Luohe, Sanmenxia, Nanyang, Shangqiu, Xinyang, Zhoukou, Zhumadian, and Jiyuan City—each of which has sales outlets for Third Factory wire and cable products. After more than 20 years of development, Zhengzhou Third Cable Co., Ltd. now occupies nearly 50,000 square meters of land, with a building area of 25,000 square meters. The company boasts an annual output value of 150 million yuan, operates over 200 sets of production and auxiliary equipment, and is equipped with more than 40 sets of various inspection and testing instruments. The polyvinyl chloride insulated wires and cables produced by Zhengzhou Third Cable Co., Ltd. obtained safety certification from the National Electrical Equipment Certification Committee in 1996; rubber insulated cables passed the safety certification of the National Electrical Equipment Certification Committee in 1999; flame-retardant and fire-resistant wires and cables received type approval from the Fire Department in December 1996; power cables and control cables were granted the National Industrial Product Production License in 2001; and in December 2002, the company achieved ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification.
