The mechanical oil mist purifier is a single-unit, compact machine tool oil mist purifier available in various structural designs, including cylindrical and box-type models. It employs tightly folded metal filter modules and polyester oil-repellent filter modules for efficient filtration and purification. It is widely used to collect and purify water-soluble emulsions and cutting fluid oil mists generated by high-precision machine tools such as CNC lathes, CNC universal milling machines, CNC drilling machines, CNC machining centers, gear hobbing machines, grinders, saws, wire-cutting machines, and cutting centers.

Working Principle
After oil mist exhaust gases enter the purifier through a flexible hose, they first pass into a pre-separator where larger oil mist particles fall into an oil collection tank under gravity. The oil mist exhaust then flows into multi-layered, interwoven filter modules, where most of the smaller oil mist particles are trapped on the filter mesh and coalesce into larger droplets, eventually flowing into the oil collection tank. Remaining oil mist particles are further removed by the filter modules, and the purified clean air is directly discharged into the workshop.
