Primarily used for wall decoration, these materials feature relatively regular shapes. The rock types commonly include granite, quartzite, sandstone, and slate. Flat-faced cladding can be divided into rough, fine, and wavy surfaces—along with flat panels and imitation brickwork, most of which are uniform in size and shape. These materials are mainly used for interior and exterior wall decoration and also exhibit relatively regular forms. Currently, rust-yellow slate and slate with rust-yellow and gray-green hues are the most popular choices. Irregular Layouts: There are both regular and irregular planar layouts. The former consists of uniformly sized, regular shapes such as triangles, rectangles, squares, and rhombuses; hexagons and other polygons are also used for floor decoration. The latter includes irregularly shaped pieces with varying dimensions—such as arbitrary triangles, arbitrary quadrilaterals, and arbitrary polygons—as well as randomly edged pieces (like natural edges, curved edges, or serrated edges).
Compared to coated exterior insulation systems, glazed tiles offer extremely high resistance to water vapor. When inspecting exterior insulation systems where tile spalling has occurred, you’ll notice that the tiles often come off together with the adhesive and finish plaster, leaving the exterior surface perpetually saturated with moisture. The cold condensation that forms on the back of the tiles due to their high water vapor resistance makes this type of system more prone to freeze-thaw damage than coated exterior insulation systems. Furthermore, the alkaline components in tile adhesives and finish plasters (based on cement) can severely degrade fiberglass mesh (insulation mesh) after prolonged exposure to accumulated moisture. Non-breathable glazed tiles not only hinder material drying but also prevent the absorption of CO₂ from the air, slowing down the hydration process of the finish plaster and leaving the fiberglass mesh exposed to harmful alkaline conditions for an extended period.

1) The work surface is made of 30mm-thick black natural granite, capable of withstanding temperatures exceeding 300°C. During scientific research and experimentation, we frequently use a variety of chemical reagents, many of which possess some degree of corrosiveness. To address this, our all-steel fume hoods employ an integrated steel construction technique, utilizing 1.2mm-thick cold-rolled steel plates. However, due to the corrosive nature of these reagents, the imbalance between marble production, pricing, and quality has led to some impractical applications in decorative settings. Additionally, the large-scale demand for marble in construction has sometimes misled the market, prompting numerous manufacturers lacking the capability to develop truly innovative products to rush into production, resulting in the wasteful consumption of this precious resource. China boasts abundant granite reserves, with major producing regions including Shandong, Mount Tai, and Mount Laoshan. Granite is also mined in Huangshan, Anhui; Xishan, Beijing; Fujian; Henan, and other locations. Examples include Shandong LaiZhou Red, LaiZhou White, LaiZhou Black, Beijing’s Baihu Jian, Hubei’s Sesame Green, and Jiangxi’s Pure Black. While granite is a widely distributed local material, its heavy weight, challenging extraction and transportation processes, time-consuming processing and finishing, and labor-intensive installation make it less cost-effective than marble—and consequently, its application range is somewhat narrower. 5. Exhaust System: It is essential to thoroughly understand the characteristics of pathological histology exhaust gases. To prevent the release and diffusion of hazardous gases into the laboratory, it is crucial to promptly and safely remove histological exhaust gases from within the equipment while providing high-quality, tailored solutions. The system should also support intelligent control and management, with infinitely adjustable airflow rates to meet the biosecurity requirements of pathology laboratories.
